day 1:
Breakfast-
Cut sweet potatoes and yams into small squares. toss them in a big bowl with whatever seasoning sounds good and oil. Cook at 425 for about 26-30 min. We used salt, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic, and cinnamon.Cook on skillet diced chiles, yellow and orange peppers, and zucchini. Add in seasoned and cooked potatoes. This makes it a yummy medley of veggies and flavor. Fry up a couple eggs to put on top with salsa. Full of Flavor!
Lunch-
Lara bar mini (2) - apple pie and cherry pie

cut fruit- cantaloupe, honeydew melon, and watermelonsalad with romaine, small amount of kale, vinaigrette, walnut crumbles, sliced meats, and tomatoes.
